Ingredients:
1 banana blossom (puso ng saging 2 eggs
½ cup shrimps (dried) or calcag diced onions
2 tsp. Soy sauce diced garlic
Salt to taste 2 tbsp. Flour
Dice the banana blossom and rub it in salt.
Blanch for 3 minutes in boiling water.
Press out the water.
Mix att the other ingredients with the diced puso.
Form into patties and fry in deep hot fat.
Serve hot with catsup.
