BAKED TAHONG SUPREME


Ingredients
1 kilo tahong                          ¼ cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp. garlic  crushed             dash of pepper
½ cup grated cheese             3 tbsp. melted butter
Steam tahong until partly open.
Remove half of the shell.
Arrange in a tray.
Mix all other inegredients well except butter.
Sprinkle mixed ingredients on top of tahong and spoon melted butter.
Bake at 350 F. For 25 miutes.
Serve hot in a bed of lettuce.
