Ingredients
½ kilo “taslangka” boil and get the alige 1 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup cooked clams 1 cup cooked shrimps
1 green pepper cut into strips 8 cups cooked rice
1 onion 2 tsp. vetsin seasoning
salt and pepper garlic
Oil for frying
Saute garlic until golden brown.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Add rice “talangka alige” and stir for 15 minutesa.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Season with vetsin salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
