SOYBEANS BALLS (TOFU)

Ingredients
1 cup mashed tofu                                        2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 kilo ground pork                                    1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce                                         1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper                                            1/2 cup cooking oil for frying
Mix well all ingredients except oil.
Form into small balls and fry until golden brown.
Serve with sweet-sour sauce.
Serve 21 balls.
