FRIED RICE NOODLES (SINGAPOREAN)

Ingredients
1/2 cup sliced pork fat                                     4 cloves garlic crushed
2 chinese sausages slices                                 150 gm.chinese cabbage
3/4 cup bean sprouts                                       500 gm. cooked rice noodles
     chili or hot sauce to taste                                    salt seasoning to taste
2 eggs, beaten                                                 1 cup clam meat
    chopped scallions or green onions
Render pork fat in a wok.
Set aside cracklings and sauté garlic in the lard until golden brown.
Add sausage and vegetables.
Stir fry until vegetables are wilted.
Add noodles and seasoning's.
Mix thoroughly.
Add the clams and stir in beaten eggs.
Cook a few more minutes.
Serve hot topped with chopped scallions.
