Ingredients
1 broiler chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ½ cup finely crrushed potato chips
11/2 cup dry crumbs
1 tsp. Salt and pepper
Dip chicken in mayonnaise coat with crushed potato chips,n bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Place in a 15-1/2x101/2 “ jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes or until tender.
