BEEF CHI-CHOW

Ingredients
4 tbsp. oil                                 5 cloves garlic crushed
1 1/2 cup bean sprouts             12 cup slice celery (or chinese pechay)
3 tbsp. soy sauce                      3 tbsp. sugar
3 cup water                              1 pieces ginger, sliced strips
1 carrots peeled & cut into strips
12 kilo beef (most tender part) sliced into strips
1 green pepper, sliced into strips1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in a small amount of water
    salt and pepper
Heat oil and ginger, garlic and onion.
Add beef; stir-fry, then add water.
Cover and simmer till tender.
Stir in carrots, celery, baan sprouts and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes.
