GOLDEN-TOPPED MEAT LOAF

Ingredients
1/4 kilo  ground beef
1 clove crushed garlic
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped kinchay or parsley
3/4 peeled and chopped eggplant
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cloves crushed
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
Fry beef, pork, garlic and onion for around 5 minutes, then add eggplants kinchay,
      salt, cloves and pepper.
Cook until mixture is tender.
Pack well into a small greased loaf pan (6"x3").
Add egg yolks to soured milk and spread this mixture over top of meat.
Bake at 325F.  for around 30 inch or until topping has baked to custard consistency.
