SWEET AND SOUR PORK


Ingredients:
1/2 kilo lean pork (cut into 2 1/2 strip)
1/4 cup cooking oil 1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced carrots
3/4 cup red & green pepper
1/4 cup sliced onions
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
Brown pork in hot cooking oil.
Drain off fat.
Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce,
  salt and pineapple syrup.
Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Add vegetables, pork and pineapple.
Cook 2-3 minutes.
