LUMPIANG SHANGHAI


Ingredients:
½  kilo ground pork
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoning
30 pcs. Lumpia wrappers
2 stalk green onion leaf chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
2 pcs.  eggs
Oil for frying
Mix ground pork green onion leaf.
Black pepper, salt seasoning and eggs thoroughly.
Take a tablespoonful of the mixed ingredients and wrap in lumpia wrapper.
Cut  lumpia wrapper into small rolls of about 2 inches long.
Fry in deep fat.
Serve with sweet sour sauce.
         SWEET SOUR SAUCE
½  cup vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
½ tbsp. salt
1 ½ cornstarch
Blend all ingredients together.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring continuously until properly thickened.
