3 whole pieces pork brain layers
1 small patola (peeled and sliced)
1 segment garlic
Miswa 1 onion
Pepper, patis, salt to taste
Wash the brains, removing the red veins.
Cup into small pieces.
Sauté the garlic and onion in oil.
Add the brains; season with patis and oil.
Add the brains; season with patis and salt
Add broth.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the patola.
Wash the miswa without mashing it add to the mixture.
Cook 10 minutes or more.
Add a little pepper, then serve hot..
