CONSOMME THERESA


Ingredients:
4 cups chicken stock or any meat stock
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. pounded roasted peanuts
1 tsp. oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
½ onion, minced
Sauté garlic and onion in oil.
Add cornstarch, then the stock.
Simmer for a few minutes, add peanuts and stir well.
Season to taste.
