MILK CHOCOLATE CAKE


Ingredients:
2 cup flour
1 2/3 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder.
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. cocoa
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup water
1 1/3 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2/3 oil
Preheat oven at 350 degree.
Grease two layers, 9-inched pans.
Measure and sift all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Make a well at the center and add oil.
Blend milk water and vanilla, add half of this to the dry ingredients
   And mix them until blended.
Add eggs and the remaining milk mixture and mix again 350F. for
   30-40 minutes cook.
Top it with butter and shredded buko.
Fold into batter mixture .
Blend well
Pour into a greased rectangular pan, tube or square pan.
Bake for 350F 40 minutes or until done.
Cool and frost with butter icing.
