SEAFOODS CON SALSA


Ingredients:                                
200g squid, cup into rings ink sac remove
½ kilo labahita fish, cut into cubes
1 kilo clams
2 red bell pepper, cut  into strip
4 segments garlic, crushed
½ cup oil
1-8 can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. flour
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar.
1 onion, chipped
2 cups clam broth
