KIMCHEE (Korea)


Ingredients:
1 medium bunch celery, diced
2 onions, chopped
1/4 cup oil
1 cup tomato sauce
5 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can pinto beans
1 can bean sprouts
2 green peppers, chopped
1 small can tomatoes
1 1/ 4 lb. hamburger
1 bottle chili sauce
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
  salt to taste
Simmer celery, green peppers, tomatoes and 1 onion in oil.
Brown meat and 1 onion; add salt
Add meat to tomato mixture; add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Serve 8-10 person..
