PORK CHOP-CORN CASSEROLE


Ingredients:
5 thick pork chops
1 ½ tsp. salt
2 ½ cup cream style corn
½ cup diced green pepper
1 ½ tbsp. fat
  Dash of pepper
½ cup diced green corn
2 tbsp. hot water
Brown chops slowly in hot fat in a heavy skillet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix corn and green pepper.
Arrange in layers with chop in greased casserole.
Add hot water.
Cover and bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
