CHILI SOUP


Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef(chuck or round)
1 tbsp. oil
2 cup cooked kidney beans
1 small tomatoes
1 ½ cup water
1 ½ cup thick beef broth
1 envelope (1 ¼ to 1 ¾ oz) chili season mix
    Shredded cheddar  cheese (optional)
Brown beef in oil in large saucepan; rain of fat.
Stir in kidney beans, tomatoes, water, beef broth and chili seasoning mix.
Cover and simmer for ten minutes. Serve six.
