PAKSIW NA LECHON


Ingredients
2 kilos lechon, cut into serving pieces
3 cups lechon sauce
8 cups water
1/2 tsp. pepper corn
1 head garlic, minced
 2 laurel leaves
Boil lechon in water, garlic, laurel and pepper until soft.
Then add sauce.
Simmer to desired thickness.
