PORK A LA CARACAS


Ingredients
½ kilo liver, cut into serving pieces                   ½ kilo pork liempo. Cut into serving pieces
¼ kilo potatoes diced                                          1 bay leaf
2 cups water (add more if desired)                   2 tsp. Vetsin
     Oil for frying                                                           salt and pepper
     Raisins
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan (except raisins).
Cover.
Cook slowly until pork and liver are tender.
Add potatoes.
Cook until broth is almost dry or until sauce mbecomes thick.
Add raisins.
Add oil desired.
Season with vetsin, salt and pepper.
