CAMOTE BREAD


Ingredients:
1 cup finely shredded “camotye”
1 cup flour
1 cup eveporated milk
½ cup sugar
2 ½ tsp. baking powder
Sift dry ingredients.
Add shredded camote.
Then add milk and mix thoroughly.
Pour in a greased pan and bake in a moderate hot oven for 40 minutes.
